Ouch!!  Of course, it could have been much worse.  What if the Leicas 
and lenses had fallen out and down the steps!! ;-)
A rotator cuff can be fixed.  Do your therapy!

The pano is very impressive.  I can imagine it printed huge and 
covering a whole wall.  You'd think you were there.
