Is this for an M8.2?

But beware, that warranty isn't transferable.  Sure, it's only a couple 
months old, but it isn't registered to your name.  You'll need the 
original owner to "help you" if it malfunctions and needs service.

For only $175, I wouldn't bother with the complication.
