You could do that or you could spend the time taking some more pictures of 
people for us to look at which is much what I'd prefer.

I haven't used it at any critical apertures (like f/2.8 to f/4) where  
it might slip out of focus. I'll try a focus test if the weather  
permits today. I usually put the camera on a tripod and focus on my  
electric meter on the house at different apertures. Luis indicated  
that he had some problems with focus shift.
