Jerry,

I just want to be able to get the whole image area, and a little bit
of the edge of the neg as a key-line, say about 26x38mm. I hope I
don't have to go to a medium format scanner for this.

My other criteria is that I'd love to have the ability to scan a whole
roll of film quickly to make a digital contact sheet.

I see that the Nikon Coolscan 9000 covers the first requirement, but
won't take a whole roll of film. On the other hand, the Coolscan 5000
does take the whole roll, but only has a scan area of 23.4 x 36.0mm.

Any ideas for something that will do it all?

Cheers, Paul.
