Thanks for your response Austin. I am pleased to say that, thanks to  
very speedy response from Phase One (less than 12 hours) and a total  
uninstall of the previous version, I am now fully up and running (as  
far as I have tested so far). If you do an 'upgrade' I would strongly  
advise reading their help pages first.
