Agreed George.... I already stated that position.....

And as far as their rules, if I don't play, I don't have to accept their
rules.  

I guess this whole stock thing was more of a revelation to me than I would
have guessed.......

Thanks to all for explaining, patiently, how this part of the Pro world
works.

The agencies do very real business with professional photographers  
and professional image buyers.
They state their criteria based on their experience with both  
photographers and buyers.
If you want to play with a particular agency; you play by their rules.
Don't like the rules.
Don't play the game with them.
