Subject: [Leica] Scotch and milk?

My old editor used to say "Never turn down a drink until you've tried
it first." The milk attenuates the bite of the scotch but doesn't
change the flavor. And surprisingly brings out the slight sweetness of
the alcohol. It is like drinking a 30 proof scotch flavored milkshake.
I trained my wife to like smoky scotch through this method. Remember
the recipe: one shot of scotch to two shots of milk. Heavy drinkers can
reduce the milk to one shot. Add an ice cube to the glass. Really good.

Hi Larry,
Without even trying it I can't imagine Lagavulin and milk!
Aacccccckkkkkkkk!! :-(

Just the thought of it and the description is enough to make one
throw-up
their guts!!!!

Long time NY Congressman Adam Clayton Powell's favorite drink was
scotch and milk. One shot of scotch to two shots milk. <<,,,

Well would you expect from a politician? ;-) :-)

scotch and milk. One shot of scotch to two shots milk. I've tried it
and it is quite good. Perhaps he had an ulcer.
