But on the other hand, much of that so-called crisis, was manufactured by
colonialism. Of which HCB participated in, profited from, and never formally
renounced.

Well, me too. Also, slavery in the US, genocide against the native
population, the nuclear destruction of Japanese population centers, creating
the ozone hole and generating tons of greenhouse gases. All of which I
hereby renounce and from this point forward refuse to benefit by.
Now I'm going to give away my house and cars (I'm not sure who to, since
passing them along to anyone around here would only be perpetuating the
crime) and go live in a culvert.
