I've used him a few times, but the first time was just after I moved to
Natchitoches, hundreds of miles from a Leica technician. I dropped my M6
onto my terra cotta tile den floor. It only fell about a foot, but the
case looked like it was a total loss. I called Ken from an ad in
Shutterbug, back when it was a real magazine.

I sent the camera in, and a couple weeks later, it came back, all fixed.
Just like new. He included his business card, and on the back all the
shutter speeds were recorded at actual speed.

Later, I sent him an M3, for CLA, and he turned it into a single stroke for
me. It came back a different camera, silky like new.

He's also great to talk to on the phone.
