Philippe - much prefer the cropped version, with the triangle formed  
between the two people and the picture.  The original does not have  
the dynamics of the cropped version with the interference of the  
waiter's arm.  Also the lady is too far out of the centre of the  
picture to balance it at the right side, in the cropped version the  
man's black jacket is the stop.
