Bergger and Ilford both still offer 50 inch wide rolls of B&W fibre
base silver gelatin paper.

I recall using some in 1999 and discovering new and delightful
difficulties associated with printing that large.  The whole process
from hrom how to bathe it in appropriate chemistry to getting the
stuff to dry flat(ish) was nightmarish.
