Subject: [Leica] Library of Congress--Silver based works no longer wanted on contemporary projects.

I'm currently in the middle of a drawing up a proposal for a project.
The current requirements are digital only. Silver based need not apply.
Interesting turn of events.
The Smithsonian also just does inkjet prints now.
But, is it still too early to assign a higher significant value to
silver gelatin fiber works?
