Gene - thank you very much.  Yes, I am very happy with the first one,  
it conveys the organized chaos, and, I am nuts about the donkeys, look  
at the patient demeanor of the one facing the camera.

As to exposure, I am going to make an adjustment to my Sunny 16 set up.
