What bothers me most of all in this Tiger-episode is the pittance he has offered his wife to stay: amend their pre-nuptial agreement to pay her $5 million now and $75 million if she stays 7 years. I wish I were her lawyer. According to some accounts, this guy is worth a billion dollars. And he has demonstrated that, far from the pristine character he has sought to portray, he has the character of a worm, and that's an insult to the worm. To me his deceit is the nadir of what he has turned out to be. I've been a business lawyer for 45+ years; negotiating agreements is most of what I've done all my career. My starting point would be $20 million now and $20 million for each succeeding year she stays with him, up to ten years, payale at the end of each year. If she departs before, she keeps whatever she's been paid. If he misbehaves in any way, the entire $100 million is due and payable immediately. just my angry 2c.
