I think you can do this, but it requires some minor input from you. Create
a set of the images you want in folder number 1. (having created folder 1)
export those with fixed settings. Now do the same for each folder. You may
want to update the naming protocol. Once you have set the export, the
settings remain the same, so it is very quick
