McCann's Irish Oatmeal (Steel Cut Oats)

One third cup.
In a cup and a third of water.
A half hour later I have my breakfast every morning.

In the summer I have Wheat chex.

This is why I get such great separation in the highlights.
Whole grains. Slow cooked.
Or raw.
