Our local 'burb cineplex had both 2D and 3D showing in adjoining theaters.

The glasses are no longer made of paper and cellophane; look like nerd black 
frames with clear lenses.   Worked fine.

Not a perfect matchup but I forgot about that after a few minutes.  Who 
knows, maybe someday we can be prescription custom 3D specs.  For the Elton 
John wannabees.

We're probably going to buy the DVD.
