I think he's a LUG lurker who was perhaps trying to connect to other 
unknown LUGgites on LI.  I just sent a LI invite to the LUG email 
from a non-LUG address, and it went through as far as the LUG 
listowner account (which quite properly bounced it.)  

So I think it's just a mistaken effort to connect to others of us - 
because if the address qi peng is using on LI was NOT a LUG-listed 
addy, it too would have bounced.
