Slightly off topic.....

Many many moons ago, before the introduction of the Millennium and LHSA
black paint M6TTL and the current black paint MP, I had to satisfy my black
paint Leica lust by asking Shintaro and the like to paint my cameras.

I had always wanted a black Rolex to match my black paint Leica cameras.  Of
course none is offered by Rolex.

Again, a 3rd party specialist came to rescue:

My Pro-Hunter Double Red DeepSea arrived today - absolutely beautiful!  The
finish goes really well with that of the M9:

The black finish disguises the bulk of the watch very well.

To round off the dream a carbon black Ferrari 458 will do nicely, but I am
afraid that will remain just a dream.....
