Depends on the surface tension of your favourite nail polish. :-) If 
you let it form reaaally slowly, so that it can form a skin, you 
could make a 50ml 'droplet'. Actually more of a vessel.

Talking about red: if it's nail polish, it might make a statement; if 
it's Loktite, you'll need heat to remove it.

If you're using Loktite, use blue unless you are really serious about 
wanting it to stay put.
