Hi Howard,

 

Getting rather off-topic but Hitler, like Stalin and Saddam Hussein, was a 
megalomaniac and Japan an ally under the Axis Pact. (The pact did not 
require a declaration of war unless Japan was attacked). Also, his generals 
waited until the Soviets had completely destroyed Army Group Center in the 
east before they tried to stop him by (attempting) killing him.
