Subject: [Leica] OT: is this a Pana GF1 defect?

Hey all, can you help me out?

I have a 2 week old Pana GF1 and noticed that most to all my photos have 
a pixel-wide streak in the upper left corner, that goes for about 1/4 of 
the frame.

Does this sound like a manufacturer sensor defect?

Sigh, I got this camera partially to bridge the gap as my M8 is "in the 
shop".
