Maybe they have a ton of M8s to repair, instead of them just being slow. 
That could be the reason for the long, turnaround time. In either case, it's 
bad news for M8 owners.

Leica NJ just informed me, my M8 will be "in the shop" until mid-May.? 
The RF arm needs to be fixed (it sticks when it is cold). 

So - it'll be shooting film or Pana GF1.
