Subject: [Leica] IMG: Great Horned Owl

Mountain lions often came down into the city and ate dogs! They avoided
places with multiple dogs though, as a group of dogs would work together
against the mountain lion, and they avoided large dogs. Single dogs,
especially smaller ones, were easy to kill.

Coyotes did this too. Both predators also ate domestic cats. Coyotes are
starting to become common in the part of Indiana where I live and are even
being seen in the city. Ft. Wayne's a fairly large city, 250,000 people.
