Hi Ric,

Nice, diverse, collection.  While studying the first, I was reminded that it 
appears to me that houses are not built as solidly as when I had my present 
home constructed, in 1967.  I see this frequently in photos of tornado 
damage.

Is it just my impression, or have you seen this trend as well?
