Subject: [Leica] A question on LR v PS

Having begun with PS (Photoshop) with its first version
it's very difficult to describe my particular learning curve.
Started with the manuals, added a couple books to the library along
the way
(but not since the early 90's)
Talked to other photographers; mostly just worked it
and tried everything (all the menus)
to see what everything did.
Each upgrade meant trying anything new they threw in.

LR (Lightroom) does all the light lifting available in PS.
LR does all the lifting that Bridge does - and does it better.

PS remains necessary for the heavy lifting that LR does not offer.
