Yep,

A late model M2 as far as I can see - no raised frames around the RF 
window, self-timer, frame counter ring under the advance lever, 
lever-type rewind elease, collapsible Elmar 2.8/50.

Nice picture - self-rollers too - Rizla and loose tobacco on the table, 
drinking Weizenbier - could even be Germans.
