Interesting interpretation..... could be 100% correct.....

To paraphrase ( somewhat loosely.....)

Adobe Beta = Many bugs probably, and we do not know when we will release, if
ever
Adobe Release candidate = Less bugs, but we will release it soon,
anyway.....

Frank, I *think* (not certain) beta refers to something they are still
working on and make changes re: security, bugs, etc. Release candidate is
something more fixed and basically it is the final version with very few if
any changes coming up before the release.
