Robert,

I see that's the D40x which is the camera I have, other than the Panasonic
G1, on which I get to use my Leica lenses... Were you using the 18-55 there?
The one thing about that Nikon which drives me batty is white balance. Did
you shoot raw and fix WB in PS or Lightroom, or are you using jpeg output?
And if so, what WB did you shoot with?

Also I notice on the exif data you're at 0 EV adjustment -- I find the image
quite crisp and clear and well composed and appealing on the human level but
a bit too bright, which is Nikon's tendency I've read. Have you considered
shooting at -.3 or -.7?

Anyway thanks for sharing the image I enjoyed it.
