Hi Michael.

I like what you've done a lot but you've blown the highlights in her  
hair. I think the range might be a bit wide to get everything captured  
(don't know which camera you used) but if there is any detail in the  
highlights I think a tweak of the curve at the top only would make for  
better pictures.

Maybe a stop less exposure would have been better but that would have  
added a lot of time to post processing, making them high-key but  
maintaining the lovely mid-tone separation you have.
