Those 21mm goggle conversions were carried out by Reinhold Muller, Toronto,
former Leitz Canada service manager, back in the day.

The grafting of the 35mm M bugeyes to the various 21mm M lenses did not
yield very accurate framing at all distances but was a neat solution
nonetheless.

I do not believe anyone else was doing this work other than Muller. Not many
lenses were converted, but among them were the 21/4, 21/3.4 and 21/2.8.
