The Imagine Resource likes the just-announced Sony NEX-5 quite a bit:

Having recently added Mamiya 6, I'm definitely not in purchase mode.

And I'm happy with my Canon S90 as a carry-everywhere.

But the NEX-5 is attractive. Tiny, but with an APS-C sensor. Low noise,
even at 1,600.

But the only prime is a 16/2.8, which is a 24 equiv on an APS-C. Makes for
a camera that's smaller than 4/3rds cameras with a prime.

But 16mm doesn't make sense to me. Too wide for an all-purpose prime. I'll
look again if Sony adds a 24/2 (35 equiv).
