Yes (and it's been there since the early days of eBay) -- an easy way to
make something sound "mint" while leaving a loophole for when the buyer
finds out it's not.

I won't be disappointed when that term goes away (or other cliche' catch
phrases such as "bid with confidence!" etc.)
