[Leica] solar charger

I used the ICPG-04031
http://www.steves-digicams.com/icp_solar.html
with the cigarette lighter adaptor going into the Leica compact
charger with the car charger attachment.  It took about 6-8 hours of
intense tropical sunlight per battery.  Not really worth it in the
end.  On the flight out the panel got broken in my bag.  I haven't
replaced it.
