Hey Joseph, speaking of HK and China, how do people text in HK? I imagine
Mandarin people can use pinyin and select the characters on the fly, but
Cantonese?

When I was growing up, we heard stories about how bad the HK fast drivers
are, but I think they were stories to scare off un-seasoned kids :-)
