At least one person has spoken to Leica Camera Software support directly on
this. My suggestion is to wait al ittle longer if you have not used your
download entitlement. Worst case is that you have just delayed a little and
then just pay the upgrade amount. Pleasingly for non-US customers Adobe are
quoting an equivalent of the USD price rather than a much higher figure (AUD
136 with tax here in AUS)
