Well I did say that was simply my guess (and I've just been trying to
contribute facts as I understand them not argue any opinions). Obviously
Leica Camera disagrees with you on what was the best product to bring to
market. I'm just glad that they seem to be doing well and are back in the
black. I really like their products and wish them well.

For whatever its worth they are including some professional (German)
photographers in their marketing campaign. My impression is that their brand
visibility is pretty good currently (based around the M9 especially).
Facebook, blogs, twitters, celebrities, fashion and lifestyle magazines and
television, whatever, are all part of their persona now.I'll leave it at
that then.
