Could be.  He went to the litter pan in the sky this year at age 12.  He 
was one smart cat.  My son had shelves in the bedroom, and learned not 
to put anything on the one over the head of his bed.  If the cat was 
cranky, he would climb up there and push something off to fall right on him.
