Tina,

I like this image, I think I've prefer see the face of the man.

Concerning the grainy effect I think that it is probably enhanced by  
the scanning effect, probably a chemical copy will show much better  
the picture, I imagine a nice picture 30 x 40 cm when is observed at 1  
meter or more distance.
