Subject: [Leica] IMG: NY Subway

It comes from prison culture.  I like to think it is a sign of 
solidarity for their incarcerated Brothers.  I doubt they think as 
much about it as I do.  I asked some of the workers who I know live 
in some rough housing projects about the style and they told me in 
prison it is a form of submission to the gang leaders to have your 
pants so low.  I won't mention the particular act of submission.
