Three years ago, Eric and I came to Oklahoma City so he could attend a
musician's convention that included programs for young Bass players.

While here, I met up with Leica Photographer Bob Baron, who gave me a tour
of the city.

Eric later won a scholarship at Oklahoma City University, and we began to
make visits to Oklahoma City to visit Eric, and go to his Orchestra
Concerts.

Then along the line, Bob introduced me to Ken Carney, and we formed the
Oklahoma City Leica Users Group. Yeah, I know, I live in Natchitoches
Louisiana, but they overlook that.

So, I come several times a year to Occupied North Texas to visit my son, and
always try to get together with these two guys; we usually share a meal
somewhere at one of the surprisingly diverse restaurant scene in OKC..

Today, we went to the Grand Restaurant, ate great Dim Sum, then to a Gallery
in the Paseo for a look at some Brett Westons, and followed that over at
Ken's house, looking at some recent prints of Bob and Ken's work.

Three shots from the really nice day.
