The very entities who used the transparency tools of the 50's and 60's, i.e. ham radio, faxes, mimeograph machines, etc., to fight the Cold War, are starting to be as restrictive (well almost!) as their old opposition. It's changing the relational dynamics at an incredible pace. Truly an exciting period! S.d.
