Then if you get replies it becomes the first entry in the thread of that conversation in you In Box. Separate to that Brian's LUG options include whether or not you receive copies of posts that you send and of course there can be delays with various servers as we know. Gmail in fact recently went through some upgrade process to improve responsiveness too. Sorry about all of the Gcontent in this post.
