The US launch of the Pentax 645 was announced today.  It's half the
price of an S2 and has a slightly bigger sensor.  The body is weather
sealed and the sensor has automatic vibrational cleaning.  It will be
interesting to see where these two cameras go.  I was never able to
get an S2 to test other than very casually, but I tried the Pentax and
it is very, very impressive.  Good times to be buying a MF digital
camera.
