Yes it is.

But inasmuch as Devon has space in office buildings all over downtown,
even though consolidation may make sense for them there will be a huge
sucking sound when it is finished.

We just need to hope the prices of oil and gas stay sound and an out
of town giant doesn't buy and move the company.
