Thanks Pete!  I guess any sharp, small serrated edged knife
would work, Mark.  I fell for the $4.99 "Pumpkin Carving Kit"
(gimmick sucker that I am), of course the tiny pot metal blades
broke immediately upon insertion and we ended up using steak
knives.  :-(
