Alastair,
This one a first approach a to theme I've been watching and making a note
from times ago.
I know from my own experience there are series which work as a leit-motiv
through the years.
Be sure I'll exploit it for a while, and from different points of view, as I
did in other moments (sands, walls, etc.)

I enjoy abstract images very much and this is an interesting series. I
would look for alternative urban aspects and edit the similar images a
bit, so the patterns are not all created by the same combination of
asphalt etc. Keeps the mystery and surprise element high.
