It strikes me that all that needs to be done with these few rocks at the
bottom of the frame is to tweak them. Not replace them with algorithmically
engineered ones.
Select them with a gradient in mask mode. This is not a major Photoshop
problem. This is a minor one which can be fixed in a minute. Some could fix
it in a few seconds. I don't move nor think that fast.
