You only have 3 choices, none of which are affordable in mere mortal
terms but a pittance by Leica user standards.
Zeiss 18mm finder will be the cheapest
Leica 18mm finder
Leica variable focal length finder.

Personally, the Zeiss finders are the best. Their 21mm finder is better
than any Leica or CV or whatever finder out there. Amazing.
