Excellent coverage, Nathan! Made me aware of how much has changed - and how
much has remained the same - since the 1980s when I visited several times on
business.
Looking forward to more,

Oliver

PS on my first visit to Tokyo I had come from Cairo where the taxis were
filthy and dented, and traffic was a chaotic competition where no one -
camels and donkey carts included - seemed to follow any rules. In Tokyo I
encountered spotless taxis without a scratch, white gloved drivers, and
polite "after you, if you please" traffic. At that time Cairo and Tokyo each
had a population of about 10 million.
